Esther founded Nine Feet Tall in 2004 on the principle that change should add real bottom line value to businesses. She has always been passionate about improving the way people work and helping clients achieve great things long-term.
Esther manages a number of strategic business transformation programmes, in both the public and private sector and has a successful track record of identifying business challenges, developing and shaping solutions, and driving change programmes to deliver business benefits.
Originally from Holland, Esther has obtained a BSc in Physics from Bath University and an MSc in Operations Management from Nottingham University, with Business Consultancy qualifications through ISEB and Siebel. Esther is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Esther has held a range of senior consultancy positions, mainly responsible for identifying and managing complex organisational, process and cultural changes to transform business performance, with extensive experience in managing business resources, consultancies and third party vendors to achieve required results.
As an advocate of business self-sufficiency and ensuring best practice, Esther is an active promoter of training staff internally to enable progress and support for organisational change.
